How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel CORE Premium from there. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but my Premium features aren't showing.
Go to your profile and tap "Restore Purchases" (found in the subscription/premium section). If the issue persists, contact us at admin@coreapp.com.au with your purchase confirmation and we'll sort it out.
How do I make my profile private?
In the App, go to your Profile > Settings > Privacy and toggle your account to Private. Only approved followers will be able to see your content.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the App via Settings > Account > Delete Account. For step-by-step instructions, see our Delete Account page.
My workout data isn't syncing.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and the latest version of the App. Force-close and reopen the App, then try again. If the issue continues, contact us with your device type and OS version.
Can I export my data?
Data export is not currently available in the App. If you need a copy of your personal data, please email us at admin@coreapp.com.au and we'll assist you.

We'd love to hear from you. Email us at admin@coreapp.com.au with a description of the issue, your device model, and OS version. Screenshots are always helpful.
