Delete Your Account In-App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from within the CORE app. Follow these steps:
- 1 Open the CORE app and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
- 2 Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right of the screen).
- 3 Tap the Settings icon (top-right of your profile screen).
- 4 Scroll down and tap Account.
- 5 Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.
- 6 Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to complete deletion yourself, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
Email: admin@coreapp.com.au
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your CORE account.
We will process your request and delete your account and data within 30 days of receiving your email.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile, username, and account credentials
- All workout logs and training history
- All nutrition logs and meal data
- Your posts, comments, and social content
- Your follow relationships and notifications
- Performance analytics and achievement history
What Is Not Deleted
Data that has been anonymised or aggregated (where it can no longer be linked back to you) may be retained for service improvement purposes. We may also retain certain records where required by law.
Subscriptions
Deleting your CORE account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid further charges, please cancel your subscription separately through your device's subscription settings before or after deleting your account.
